Second Phase of CPEC

government of Pakistan is aimed to provide more than 10 million jobs during the five years tenure of government. This target is aimed to complete under the 2nd phase of CPEC and development of Special Economic Zones in different parts of the country.

Five million low-cost housing project " Kamyab Jawan Programme", the agriculture sector, private-public sector partnership and trade and manufacturing sector. Government to start a mega project of the housing sector to construct and develop 5 million housing projects which involve 28 different sectors and it will create thousands of jobs for skilled and unskilled youth.

According to previous governments, stats make it clear that economic growth is not linked with job creation. During the People's Party tenure, the average growth rate is recorded at 2.8% and almost 6.9 million jobs were created and PML(N) govt created lower jobs of almost 5.7 million.

Kamyab Jawan Program is a government mega project which is supposed to provide loans to the huge number of unemployed youth of Pakistan ranging from 1 lac to 50 lac to establish a small business.

The agriculture sector is also one of the potential sectors for producing thousands of jobs for which were neglected for a long time. It is hoped that there should be great cooperation between Pakistan and China in agriculture for local farmers and landowners of Pakistan to increase more production using more technology.

The manufacturing sector will also witness a major growth after the development of Special Economic Zones under CPEC and will create thousands of jobs. The second phase of CPEC has started and the government and China to start a major project of $8 billion Main Line 1 Railway project for dualization and upgradation of the railway line from Peshawar to Karachi.

Pakistan rejects any trade war with China and government termed BRI as the most important diplomatic and developmental initiatives of the 21st century. Prime Minister Imran Khan has focused more on attracting investments in social sectors.

Chinese government aimed to build hospitals and schools and it will directly benefit the people of Pakistan. The Gwadar international airport will be developed within three years. Gwadar new master plan is under revision and there is a lot of construction under progress in Gwadar.

Pakistan has focused on healthcare and education and of course under the technical education sectors of Pakistan. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is planning to develop Rashakai Special Economic Zone which will prove a milestone in the history of Pakistan. It has a total area of 1000 acres of land at Rashakai.

The CRBC to develop Rashakai SEZ with an investment of $130 million and it will provide 0.2 million direct and indirect jobs. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic development announced that it has received 1200 applications
